SHAVING CUTTER SERRATION MACHINES
CJMT’s CNC Shaving Cutter Serration Machine is a 5 axis CNC machine for cutting radial shaving cutters and axial shaving cutters.

SHAVING CUTTER GRINDING MACHINES
We offer Gear shaving cutter sharpening machines, capable of grinding involute profile of gear shaving cutters, gear shaping cutters and gears.
• Machines have 5-axis CNC with Fagor 8055 Controller.
• High precision indexing device, – axis-U with full-closed-loop controlled Yaskawa AC servo motor and high precision Fagor circular encoder, ensuring precise equal or unequal indexing of workpiece. Generating carriage: axis-X with fully-closed-loop controlled Yaskawa AC servo motor with brake and Fagor linear encoder.
• Wheel dressing through vertical feeding, as axis-Z with Yaskawa AC servo motor with brake, and wheel dressing carriage, as axis-Y with Yaskawa AC servo motor, with automatic compensation in the system
• Easy operation and maintenance with user-friendly HMI
• Proprietary PC software for calculation and programming generates machining programs and transfers them into the CNC system automatically through RS232 interface, with plainly input work parameters. Profile modification, concave or convex, is easily achieved by input modification value into the software.
• Helix angle and face width is adjusted manually.
• Proximity switch of top brand.
