SECTOR GEAR SHAPING MACHINES
CJMT CNC sector gear shaper YK5612D is suitable for machining sector gears of micro, light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles with constant ratio, variable ratio, variable ratio crown gear etc. The machine can be offered with a tailstock and automatic workpiece location, position alignment and column locking. According to customer requirements, we can design special CNC programs for non-linear variable ratio crown gears and non-standard teeth profile cutting.
Some other features of this machine model are:
1. Heavy-duty linear guideway to ensure the cutting rigidity.

CNC rack milling machine YK8532A is suitable for gear profile machining of automobile steering system rack gear, piston and transmission shaft flange and flange yoke. The machine is capable of completing the entire rack profile. It has a high processing efficiency and excellent precision and repeatability and is therefore especially suitable for mass production. It can also be used for prototyping or small batch production.
SECTOR GEAR, PISTON NUT AND RACK GRINDING MACHINES
CJMT Rack Grinding Machines are powerful and capable of Creep Feed Grinding.
The model YK7832 is capable of heavy duty grinding on which it is possible to clamp upto 8 racks at a time and grind from solid to a depth of 5 mm in a matter of about 6 minutes!

Machine main technical features:
1.The spindle is driven by Siemens servo motor, and has in-built capability to automatically monitor and facilitate dynamic balancing of grinding wheel as well as carry out grinding at constant linear speed.
2.Machine is equipped with AE automatic cutter positioning system.
3.The dressing wheel is direct-driven by a motorized spindle with high rotation accuracy and reliability.
4. It is equipped with a high precision online measurement system.
5.The chip conveyor is equipped with constant temperature control for grinding oil.
6. To ensure safety, the machine has a in-built auto-retract function in case of power failure.
