The column lifting type is available in various sizes for for cutting double and multi-cluster gears with gear phase requirements. The column movement on the vertical guides makes it easy to adjust the stroke length and Tilting table available as option for Taper Gears.

Small High Precision Gear Shapers from CJMT
This little powerhouse – the YGX5112A is a special high precision CNC gear shaper, specially developed by CJMT for small module gears for applications such as harmonic reducer, high precision reducer, robotic gears and aerospace parts. Maximum component diameter: 120mm. Some of its features:

The YKH5132H CNC Gear Shaper has a special compact design for ease of transportation and shipping; Easy installation: just plugin and power on! It has high quality components for easy maintenance and zero downtime.
This is a high precision machine with automatic stroke length adjustment available for easy shaping of cluster gears.
It comes with table tilting upto +/- 12deg as optional for taper gears. Size blocks and swiveling tailstock available as well as autoloader are available for higher productivity!

CNC Helical Guide or Universal or Guideless Gear Shapers from CJMT
Available for diameters 320, 500 / 650 and 800mm, CJMT CNC Helical Guide shapers – also called Guideless Shapers are all with 7 CNC Axes and are the perfect solution for small batches or trial production and even mass production. Internal and external helical gears can be machined with ease due to servo control of the helix angle. The machines also have servo controlled automatic cutter relieving, stroke length adjustment and column movement. They also have automatic crankshaft balancing and all direct drive motors for high precision cutting. Din 6 easily achievable!
Below are some of the features of the YKW series of machines from CJMT which are the Universal / Guideless / CNC Helical Guide Models:
1. The CNC helical guide gear shaper can be used to manufacture gears with Helix angles upto ±45 degrees. Only gear parameters are required to be entered for cutting, and no other setting is necessary.
2. The Spindle motion and the cutter rotation are direct-driven by torque motor. The cutter relieving movement is also by direct-drive servo motor. The machine has a short transmission chain, good rigidity and excellent precision and reliability.
3. The machine is designed for high safety and reliability. It features an auto-retract function in case of power failure to ensure the cutter safety.
4. The crank shaft has an automatic balance function, which eliminates the eccentric force during movement and ensures efficient machining.
5. High automation, and ease of operation with 8 CNC axes out of which 5 axes can move simultaneously. The machine has automatic stroke length adjusting, housing lifting and servo cutter-relieving and other functions.
6. Helix angle correction function is included in the machine. The value fhβ (helix tilt deviation) can be easily input and accurately calibrated when adjusting the gear shaper. In addition, a fhβ reserved compensation value can be set to compensate for the subsequent heat treatment deformation. High correction accuracy!
CNC sector gear shaper YK5612D is suitable for the shaping of steering sector gears of micro, light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles. Whether the sector gear has a constant ratio, variable ratio, variable ratio or crown gear – The CJMT Sector Gear Shaper is a perfect solution. The machine can be equipped with tailstock and also has the function of automatic workpiece rough and fine location, position alignment and column locking.
