FOUNDER – DIRECTOR
Kodi, as he is more popularly known in the Industry, has been in the arena of Machine Tools for over 50 years! Starting his career on the Shop Floor, he rotated through various functions in Quality Control, Process Planning, Machining and Super-finishing. He then worked for a couple of decades in a leading Machine Tool Marketing Company representing world leaders in machines, before starting his own venture, Matchless Machines and Technology in 1996. His constant quest for good quality and cost effective machines for his Customers is only matched by his sound technical knowledge and his experience.

SONAL MASURKAR–DHAR
HEAD, SALES AND MARKETING
Sonal has a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering. After a successful 17 year stint in academics, she joined Matchless Machines and Technology in 2013.
As an academician, she guided over 40 students in projects on a variety of topics such as Implementation of Low Cost Automation; Improvement of Overall Equipment Effectiveness; Design; Materials selection; Total Productive Maintenance; Value Stream Mapping; Process Control, etc.
As an expert in the domain of Gear Machinery and Tooling, she finds satisfaction in understanding customer requirements and suggesting holistic solutions for their machinery and tooling needs and ensuring that these are implemented well.
